We had a very lovely stay in this lovely family run hotel. The location was lovely and beautiful, next to shops, places to eat and walking routes, the outskirts of a village and the garden and easily accessible.  

Had a great stay here. Really enjoyed how absolutely great the property was. The food was delicious with a huge variety of choice! Had budget, well-kept room with a good shower and a comfortable bed plus lovely furnishings.  

My family and I appreciated being there. I stayed at the spotlessly clean room with excellent shower, lovely furnishings, as example. The restaurant had fresh food. My stay was FAIRLY NICE, recommend this hotel to friends. 

The breakfast was included in the price and had lots of meals. The staff was really good, the room was tidy with a good shower, lovely furnishings, a comfortable bed.

Have spent our 1 night here lovely, it was exactly what we had in mind. The staff members were all attentive and amiable. This was an absolutely perfect and lovely location near the outskirts of a village in a peaceful location.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding and towels. The TV on the wall and tea/coffee facilities 

Fantastic location; welcoming staff. Also, in the middle of the city.

The hotel was great, however I stayed for 1 night only. The food was fabulous and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The location was stunning, very close to the outskirts of a village in a peaceful 

It was nice base for travelling to Barrow upon Humber, I was glad to stay there. Appreciated central heating, a work desk, and TV in the room. The location was incredible and stunning, very close to the outskirts of a village in a peaceful location,
